Q: What is the cost to be a Partner?

A: All Partners are required to have a paid Mothernode subscription of at least the Sales and Marketing Edition. This edition is also specially discounted for Partners. Speak with your Partner Advisor for more details.

Q: What happens if I cancel my subscription?

A: Having a Mothernode subscription is part of your contractual agreement to being a Mothernode CRM Partner. Canceling your subscription will end your Partner contract on the date of your cancellation. This is applicable to partner plans that pay recurring commissions.

Q: What is the average value of a customer account in monthly subscriptions?

A: Monthly subscriptions depend on the Edition. A conservative range on a Mothernode CRM customer’s average spend is $300 – $500 per month. Over 85% of Mothernode CRM customers add more users throughout the term of their subscription.

Q: How often are commissions paid?

A: Commissions are paid monthly. Commissions are paid the second half of every month for the previous month’s sales.

Q: How can I track my customers and my sales?

A: All Mothernode Partners have access to their own Partner Portal that gives them complete visibility into the customer’s transactions commission payments and more. We like to be as transparent as we can.

Q: What happens if I or Mothernode cancel our Partnership Agreement? Do I still get my commissions?

A: Once your agreement ends you are no longer eligible for future commissions and will be paid commissions through the last full payment cycle of your referral subscriptions.

Q: What happens if I become a Mothernode CRM Partner, but I never refer anyone?

A: Referrals or Sales Partners are not obligated to any minimum commitments. You can sign-up and never refer Mothernode to anyone.

Q: As a Mothernode Partner, am I able to resell other products that may or may not compete with Mothernode CRM?

A: Yes. There are no restrictions on Partners selling other services, including those we compete with. However, per Mothernode’s Partnership Agreement, Master Partners are required to maintain a Mothernode CRM account to keep their Master Partner status.

Q: Am I in any way financially responsible if my Customer Referrals default on their payments?

A: No. All payments to Mothernode are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Q: What happens if my Customer defaults on their contract and ends their relationship with Mothernode prematurely? How does that affect me?

A: The moment a Referral Customer prematurely ends their relationship with Mothernode they are considered an inactive subscription and the Partner will no longer earn commissions on the account. In the event of a breach of contract, Mothernode will send the account to collections, in which case the balance due is no longer commissionable income for the Partner, because of the costs incurred by Mothernode to retrieve the balance owed on the agreement.

Q: Can I markup or discount a Mothernode subscription?

A: No Partner can alter or adjust the price of a Mothernode subscription. Discounting can only be determined by Mothernode and only applies to term agreements.

Q: Is there a difference between a Partner Account and a Customer Account?

A: Typically no. But sometimes special circumstances may be applied to a Partner’s Agreement.
